The Coalition has an Executive Council, comprising 39 members from 20 different international and national unions. The elected Executive Council is the policy-making body between CBTU's annual national convention. Seven officers of the Council, led by the President, form the Executive Committee. Every effort is made to ensure adequate and broad union representation on all organizational levels of the Coalition. Regional representatives are elected by chapter members to serve as liaison between the Executive Council and the chapters within their respective regions.
